Once again...

Once again, God has shown me that His plan is far different from mine! God is good and faithful and always doing what is best for me. That being said, I have mixed feelings as I write...Logan and I have broken up, ended our engagement and decided to go our separate ways. WOW! (I know that's what you must be thinking) This has been quite the week, but I absolutely know this is best for both of us. God has given both of us such an amazing peace about this decision and I am not sure what is going to happen next but I am trusting Him that He knows best. We had a great time over the last year getting to know each other and spending time together and I know that we were within God's will during those months. That fact makes me sad and excited at the same time and it makes me ask, WHY? But I know that this is also the next step in God's will for both of us. I am asking you to please pray for God's direction in my next step as now I have to decide if I'm going to stay here in Maryland or go somewhere else. It is amazing to me when I look at some of the surrounding circumstances and there is no doubt God is in control. One of the most amazing things to me is that MACA has not yet handed out contracts for next year- they were supposed to come out in February, but got delayed because of the snow; then they were supposed to come out this coming Tuesday (before spring break), but got delayed because of some busy schedules this week; now they are not supposed to come out until mid-April! Plenty of time for God to show me the next step on His path. I am reminded of the verse that tells us our steps are ordered by the Lord! The God of the universe is looking after little old me...AMAZING!!!
