Sick and tired...and blessings???

So, I'm probably not in the best state of mind to be writing this, but I need somewhere to rant and try to count my blessings...

1. I'm sick and tired of SNOW and SHOVELING and being cooped up in this APARTMENT!
2. We haven't had school ALL week and I NEED structure!
3. I HATE winter and I HATE that my flight to go see Logan got CANCELLED! (not delayed, CANCELED!)
4. Every time I called Delta today- 3 TIMES- the people spoke with some crazy accent!
5. Our Valentine's Date was going to be Saturday night since Sunday is Valentine's Day and church, but now I don't arrive in Pensacola until 10:15PM Saturday night!

Maybe some blessings will make it all come into perspective...

6. I am SAFE and WARM in my apartment and I'll be heading to my friend's house tomorrow so that I can get out of here and she can take me to the airport on Saturday. Rachel's family has been great to let me intrude :)
7. I have a WONDERFUL fiance that I CAN go see, who is trying to be very positive about this whole thing. And he's so excited about the snow/sleet they're having in Alabama. I'm trying to be excited for him, but it's hard when I stare at the 5 feet outside my door!
8. There is a flight out on Saturday- so that at least I can spend VALENTINE'S DAY with Logan. Maybe the skies would have been unsafe and God is keeping me SAFE. And I get to stay until TUESDAY!
9. I don't have to drive 1000 miles- but instead can FLY!
10. I didn't have to pay any change fee- it was FREE! Probably because of the cancellation :) And we got a good deal on the flight in the first place because of a VOUCHER from the last trip.
11. I will only have to make 1 MORE trip before I move to ALABAMA! June can't come soon enough!
12. I have wonderful FAMILY- my parents were a great sounding board and it was good to talk to them after I cried my eyes out tonight. And Logan's family- his parents and grandma are trying to be supportive and positive.

Well, look at that...the BLESSINGS outweigh the RANTS...I need to be thankful for these blessings! And keep things in perspective...GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!
