Today we celebrated our 1 year anniversary!!! It seems crazy to think it's been a year. Most people told us the first year would be difficult but we had a great year together! God is so good to us! More and more we see ways we're the same (like thinking the same thing at the same time!) and ways we're different (like the fact that Dale cannot leave dishes in the sink, and I would let them fill the sink before doing them!), but even in those similarities and differences, we continue to see how God has blessed us and brought us together in His perfect time!!! We're so thankful for His perfect will and for bringing us together. God has given us a wonderful 1st year and we look forward to MANY more!
A few weeks ago, Dale surprised me and planned a trip to Cape May, NJ for our anniversary and it was a great time away! We left right after school got out and were there during the week before the crowds started to gather. It was so peaceful and relaxing! Here are just a few pictures from our trip, you can see more
